1. Information Collection and Use
Buck Naked is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and in our reatil salons. Buck Naked will not sell, share, transfer or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Buck Naked collects information from You in the retail salons on your registration forms.

2. Registration
On certain pages on the Site, You may be asked for Your contact information: (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services, educational level and interests and/or billing information). Such information allows Buck Naked to process and fulfill Your request. Your contact information is also used to confirm Your identity and to contact You about the services on the Site or in the retail salons for which You may have expressed interest. When the Site requests Your identity, the Site will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested.

3. IP Addresses

To be removed from an e-mail list, please complete an online contact us form or follow the instructions contained in any e-mail correspondence that you receive from Buck Naked or alert a sales rep in the retail salon that you wish to opt-out of emails and have your account flagged as Do-Not-Solicit.

To the extent that Your credit card information is collected by Buck Naked or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, such information will be kept in confidence and will not be shared with any third parties (other than consumer credit agencies) without Your prior consent. Buck Naked shall not be liable for the transfer or disclosure of any personal identification information resulting from loss or distribution of data, the delineation or corruption of storage media, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism or any other event beyond Buck Naked’s control.
